Carmichael SDA Church Bulletin

This weekend happens to be Fall Break for our Sacramento Adventist Academy families—and breaks are a good thing. As many of you know, I was blessed to take a break of my own this summer, and I can personally attest: breaks are amazing!

This Sabbath, I’m looking forward to sharing one of the many takeaways from my sabbatical journey. Pastor Jeff has begun his time with us at the beginning of Scripture. I’m going to start at the beginning too—not at the beginning of the Bible, but at the beginning of Jesus’ ministry.

And perhaps what we discover there can become the beginning of a new spiritual spark in your own discipleship journey.

Let’s take the journey together this Sabbath!
